At Creator Pipeline, we believe your data belongs to you. This app is designed to function fully offline for its core features, ensuring your information stays on your device. This policy explains the limited instances where data is processed to provide premium functionality.

01

No Personal Data Collection

Creator Pipeline does not require an account, email address, or phone number to function.

  • We do not collect or store any personal data related to your use of the app's core features.
  • All app data is stored locally on your device using an internal database.
  • We do not have access to the data you input into the app.
  • We do not use third-party analytics to track your behavior.
02

Subscriptions & Payments

To manage and verify premium features, Creator Pipeline uses RevenueCat. When you make an in-app purchase:

  • Transaction Data: RevenueCat receives purchase receipts and related information (such as subscription status and timestamps) from the App Store or Play Store to validate your purchase.
  • Identifiers: A random App User ID is generated to associate purchases with your device. This identifier is not linked to your real-world identity by Creator Pipeline.
  • Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled by the App Store or Play Store. Creator Pipeline and RevenueCat do not collect or store your credit card details or banking information.
03

Platform Data Collection

While Creator Pipeline itself does not collect personal data, the Apple App Store and Google Play Store may collect certain information as part of providing their services. This may include purchase history, device information, or other usage data, and is governed by their respective privacy policies.

04

YouTube Data Integration

Creator Pipeline offers an optional integration with the YouTube Public API to help you track your channel and content performance. This feature is entirely opt-in and can be disabled at any time.

  • Channel Linking: You may paste your YouTube channel link into a platform card within the Analytics section. Once confirmed, the app will automatically fetch your publicly available follower count and view metrics on a daily basis. No YouTube account authentication or login is required — only publicly available data is retrieved.
  • Post Metrics: In the Topics section, you may paste an individual YouTube post link to automatically fetch its public metrics (views, likes, and comments) daily, instead of logging them manually.
  • API Authentication: Your device's access to the YouTube Public API is routed through Cloudflare, which acts as a secure proxy to protect the API key from being exposed in the app's code. Cloudflare may process limited technical data (such as your device's IP address) transiently as part of this process, but no data is stored or retained.
  • Data Storage: All data retrieved from YouTube is stored locally on your device. It is never uploaded to any server operated by Creator Pipeline or shared with any third party.
  • Opt-Out: You can unlink your channel or remove any linked post at any time. Unlinking stops all automatic data fetching, and you can continue logging metrics manually.
05

Data Storage, Backups & Deletion

All data you create within Creator Pipeline is stored locally on your device.

Creator Pipeline includes an optional Auto Backup feature, which is disabled by default. If you choose to enable it, the app will create backups of your data on your device when you open the app. These backups remain stored on your device and may persist even if you uninstall the app.

You can delete your data at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. To permanently remove all data, including backups, you must also manually delete the backup files stored on your device using your device's file manager.

06

Data Security

Because your data is stored locally, its security depends on your device's protections (such as passcode, biometrics, and system updates). We recommend keeping your device secure and up to date.

07

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Any updates will be indicated by revising the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

08

Logo Uploads

Creator Pipeline allows you to upload a logo image as part of your Brand Identity setup. This logo is used to personalise your rate cards and invoices within the app. Uploaded logos are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to any server, shared with third parties, or transmitted outside the app.
