Terms of Service

Creator Pipeline is a mobile application developed and operated by Dave Baller Ltd. The app provides productivity and business management tools for content creators, including content scheduling, analytics tracking, revenue and expense management, invoicing, rate cards, brand deal tracking, and personal task management.

These terms govern your access to and use of the app, including any updates, new features, or additional services made available through it.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Creator Pipeline. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the app.

By using the app, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

Creator Pipeline does not require you to create an account. All data you enter into the app — including projects, analytics, expenses, invoices, contacts, and personal tasks — is stored locally on your device.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for any data stored within the app. Dave Baller Ltd is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, theft, accidental deletion, or any other cause outside of our control.

Creator Pipeline offers both free and premium features. Access to premium features requires an active subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Play Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that period ends.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. Dave Baller Ltd does not process refunds directly.

Subscription management and purchase validation are handled through RevenueCat. For details on the data RevenueCat processes, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

You agree to use Creator Pipeline only for its intended purpose as a personal and business productivity tool. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or access premium features without a valid subscription.
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, or otherwise make the app available to third parties in any unauthorised manner.

All intellectual property rights in Creator Pipeline — including the app's design, code, graphics, logo, name, and content — are owned by Dave Baller Ltd. These terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, branding, or proprietary materials outside of normal app usage.

Any data, content, logos, or images you input into the app remain your property. Dave Baller Ltd does not claim ownership over your content and does not access, collect, or transmit it.

Creator Pipeline includes an optional Auto Backup feature that stores backup files locally on your device. This feature is disabled by default and must be enabled by you.

Dave Baller Ltd does not store, sync, or back up your data to any external server. We strongly recommend enabling backups and periodically transferring backup files to a secure location. We are not liable for any loss of data, regardless of the cause.

Creator Pipeline is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dave Baller Ltd makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the app's reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

While we strive to keep the app functional and up to date, we do not guarantee that it will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. Features such as analytics tracking, forecasting, and financial calculations are provided as tools to assist you and should not be treated as professional financial or legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dave Baller Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any errors in financial calculations or projections generated by the app.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or its subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Creator Pipeline integrates with third-party services including the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat for subscription management. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

Dave Baller Ltd is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

Creator Pipeline offers an optional feature that connects to the YouTube Public API to automatically fetch publicly available metrics for your channel and individual posts. This feature does not require YouTube account authentication or login.

• How It Works: You may paste your YouTube channel link in the Analytics section or a post link in the Topics section. Once confirmed, the app will automatically retrieve publicly available data (such as subscriber count, view count, likes, and comments) on a daily basis.
• Optional & Reversible: This integration is entirely opt-in. You can unlink your channel or any post at any time, which immediately stops automatic data fetching. You may continue to log all metrics manually if you prefer.
• Secure Proxy: API requests are routed through Cloudflare, which acts as a secure proxy to protect the API key from being exposed in the app's code. No personal data is collected or retained by Cloudflare as part of this process.
• Data Responsibility: All data retrieved through the YouTube Public API is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to any server operated by Dave Baller Ltd. You are solely responsible for the data fetched and stored on your device through this feature.
• Availability: Dave Baller Ltd does not guarantee the continued availability or accuracy of data provided by the YouTube Public API. Changes to YouTube's API policies, rate limits, or data availability may affect this feature at any time without prior notice.

You may stop using Creator Pipeline at any time by uninstalling the app. If you have an active subscription, you must also cancel it through your App Store or Play Store settings to avoid further charges.

We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. In the event of discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers in advance.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal requirements. Any updates will be indicated by revising the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
